What is Holistic Counseling?

Holistic counseling helps you look at all aspects of self and helps you to find the cause of current presenting issues, using tools such as: inner child healing, visualization and meditation, intuitive art, EFT (acupressure), and Neuro-Linguistics Programming. It is about helping you connect to your inner self, where all your past thoughts, feelings and behaviors are stored.  In addition, it helps you to become aware of who you are and what you want within every moment (and what you don’t want also!). Holistic counseling recognizes that every person is unique and has a different way of expressing themselves due to our varied and differing backgrounds.  A Holisitc Counselor uses a variety of tools to guide you in understanding yourself and your behavior.  You will be guided through a journey to feel comfortable and confident in expressing your true self. It is ultimately about taking responsibility for your life and finding self empowerment!
